Delete Your Account
Railroader Timebook allows users to delete their account and associated cloud data directly inside the app. This page explains how account deletion works, what data is deleted, and what information may be retained.
How to delete your account in the app
To delete your Railroader Timebook account, open the app and go to:
- Menu
- Settings
- Delete Account
What is deleted
When you delete your account, Railroader Timebook deletes your account and associated cloud data stored for your profile, including:
- Account record and sign-in account
- Trips and related trip details
- Payments, layoffs, notes, and events
- Contacts stored in the app
- Cloud-stored attachments and uploaded files
- Directory profile data associated with your account, if applicable
What may remain on your device
Deleting your account removes cloud data and your authenticated account. Some locally stored app data may remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear local app storage.
Retention
Railroader Timebook is designed to delete the account and associated cloud data when deletion is completed. We do not use deleted account data for advertising or sale. Limited records may be retained only as necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance purposes where applicable.
